St Paul's Anglican Grammar School year 12 students were visited recently by Andrea McNamara from Skills and Jobs Centres, who provided them with information about how to best present themselves for job interviews when pursuing future careers.
Delivering a range of pertinent information and enacting mock interviews, students were able to walk away with improved knowledge about how to perform at their best during job interviews and, if unsuccessful, skills to navigate and understand how best to deal with the situation.
While teachers work hard to help the year 12 students prepare for their assessments and exams, they also play a crucial role in preparing their students for life after VCE, giving them a well-rounded education that extends beyond academics.
