A 50-year-old Drouin man faces a drug possession charge after being intercepted on an e-scooter.
Police said the man, along with a 35-year-old Drouin woman, were observed leaving a Drouin address on e-scooters at 1.30am last Tuesday.
When they attempted to intercept the pair in Weebar Rd, police allege the woman fled. However, the man was searched and methamphetamine allegedly found.
Police report the man was arrested and charged with drug possession. He was bailed to appear at Latrobe Valley Magistrates' Court at a later date.
The woman is yet to be interviewed, police added.
