Yarragon turned its focus to a collection of poppies when the 5000 poppies project in the restore gardens was officially opened.

The project began as an activity to commemorate 100 years since Australia’s involvement in World War 1, including the first landings at Gallipoli.

It evolved into a tribute to Australian servicemen and women.
