Voices seek candidate

Political support organisation Voices for Monash is seeking a candidate to contest the seat as an independent at the Federal election due next year.
Monash is held by Russell Broadbent who contested the 2022 as a Liberal but later resigned from the party and sits in parliament as an independent.
Voices for Monash is currently seeking expressions of interest from people that may be interested in nominating as an independent candidate.
It states they should support values of inclusion, equality, integrity and the environment.
V4M backed independent Deb Leonard at the 2022 election at which she gained 10.72 per cent of primary votes in Monash, the third highest number of the nine candidates.
