Spate of thefts in Drouin

Drouin residents in the vicinity of Orchard Crt and Appleporch Way are being urged by detectives to review CCTV footage they may have.
It follows thefts reported at three separate residential properties between midnight and 4.30am on Sunday.
Bank cards and personal items were reported stolen from handbags at an Orchard Crt house.
Police allege an offender entered via an unlocked front door and stole a couple of handbags. The handbags were dumped before they left the scene.
At a separate address in Orchard Crt, victims reported a red Hyundai Elantra sedan being stolen from their property but returned and parked on a neighbouring nature strip a few hours later. The keys to the vehicle remain missing.
At Appleporch Way, a green Holden Commodore SV6 was reported stolen.
Police said the keys were stolen from inside the house. Entry is believed to have been made via an unlocked rear window, with the fly screen found removed.
The vehicle is yet to be recovered.
Baw Baw CIU are investigating if all three reports are linked and urging anyone in the area to review their CCTV footage.
