On Friday local talent Jacob Evans will take to the stage at the Wesley of Warragul for another exciting piano recital.
"Moonlight Variations" will feature 'Moonlight Sonata' by Beethoven and a variety of other classical and romantic works, including Variations Seriouses, by Mendelssohn, Variations in Bb, by Chopin and La Campanella, by Liszt.
Evans has performed performing in and around Gippsland for several years and is excited to be able to present this programme, which features one of his favourite works.
Evans has performed at the Wesley of Warragul before, and in his youth made a mark on the West Gippsland Music and Drama Eisteddfod.
He has studied under Alison Kirkpatrick, Leonie Wobking, and Henry Wenieg and graduated from the Australian Guild of Music Education with a Bachelor in Music in 2019.
"Moonlight Variations" will start at 6.30pm and continue to 8pm. Doors open at 6pm.
Tickets are $25 for adults, 12.50 for children 16 and under and $20 for concession.
