Keeping the youngsters busy making crafts at a health information session at Drouin for aboriginal people were Kellie Jagoe from Myli community library, West Gippsland Healthcare Group aboriginal liaison officer Bec Creed and health promotion officer Leah Horvath.

Health information sessions for Aboriginal people drew a strong response when held at Drouin recently.
As part of the West Gippsland Healthcare Group's monthly "health yarn" series for the indigenous community, sessions were held on a range of subjects including vaping, advance care planning and diabetes.
A sausage sizzle helped spread the messages and there was plenty of opportunity for youngsters to take in some good habits.
The children took a particular liking to WGHG"s "smoothie bicycle" to make plenty of healthy smoothies.
The day also was supported by district businesses, local groups and health professionals for WGHG.
