Youths are believed to be behind two vehicles thefts on consecutive nights over the weekend.
The thefts occurred in Trafalgar, with both vehicles later located in Drouin.
A gold Kia wagon was reported stolen from Chapmans Rd, Trafalgar at 1.22am on Saturday. The wagon was parked in a driveway with keys in the ignition.
The car was later located in the Drouin Scout Hall carpark in Victoria St. Three youths were witnessed fleeing in the direction of the football oval.
On Sunday, between 12am and 3am, a Ford Ranger utility was stolen from the nature strip of a property in Nelson Rd, Trafalgar. Police said the keys may have been in the vehicle.
Police said the utility collided with a power pole in Charles St, Drouin at about 3am. Youths were heard leaving the scene.
