A Warragul man had his licence suspended and will face a number of driving offences including speeding and drink driving, after being intercepted by police on Saturday night.
Police allege the 26-year-old man was travelling at speeds of 155 kilometres per hour in an 80 km/h zone and recorded a blood alcohol test three times the legal limit.
Police received reports of a vehicle driving erratically in an east bound direction along the Princes Hwy at Tynong at 11pm.
The vehicle was allegedly involved in two minor collisions.
It is alleged the man was driving 75 kilometres per hour over the speed limit in Princes Way, Warragul before being intercepted in Crole Drv.
A preliminary breath test recorded a blood alcohol content of 0.155, police said.
The man's licence was suspended immediately and his vehicle was impounded.
He will be charged on summons with a number of driving offences.
