Phillip Island's Hayden Bruce was recognised for a wonderful season last week after winning the West Gippsland Football Netball Competition's senior vote count.
Bruce came out on top of a thrilling vote count as he finished on 36, just one ahead of Nar Nar Goon captain Trent Armour in second place (35 votes) and eight ahead of Cora Lynn ball magnet James Munro (28 votes).
Garfield's Ding Dieng took out the thirds count on 28 votes, ahead of Warragul Industrials pair Regan Awty (20 votes) and Damian Leslie (13 votes) as well as Phillip Island's Noah Forrest-Mabilia (13 votes).
Phillip Island's Charlie Fisher (30 votes) ensured the Bulldogs would come away with two awards as he took out the fourths and Nar Nar Goon's Jarrod Hamling topped the reserves with 21 votes.
