Toboggan rides will make a triumphant return when Snowfest Gippsland is held in Warragul on Friday, July 25.
Turning the heart of Warragul into a winter wonderland, Snowfest organiser Jenny Muir said she was excited to offer "a chock-a-bloc program."
Snow will be trucked in from atop Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort to create multiple snow playgrounds.
After a six-year hiatus, the toboggan ride is back, with Ms Muir stating it would be "bigger and better than ever...the kids will love that one."

Another highlight promises to be a special Taylor Swift performance by Fairy Julianne. Dress up in your favourite sparkly dresses or boots to enjoy the performance and for your chance to win special prizes for the best Taylor Swift inspired outfits.
With an abundance of free activities, a carnival ride avenue and fireworks to conclude, Ms Muir said Snowfest was growing to be one of the biggest events on the West Gippsland calendar.
Now in its ninth year, the event will run from 3pm to 8pm to celebrate all things winter.
Attendees are encouraged to rug up in their winter woollies and gumboots to hit the streets for snow-filled activities, carnival rides, animal encounters, a motorbike stunt show, ice dunking, food and drinks from street vendors and businesses, marshmallow toasting, live entertainment and market stalls.
Spread across Albert, Smith and Palmerston Streets, the night of family fun will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display in Civic Park.
Through business sponsorship, Snowfest has no entry fee and most activities - including snow play - remain free for all to enjoy.
"One of our main goals is to make this as accessible for everyone and low cost for everyone," Ms Muir said.
As a result, people travel from Latrobe Valley, South Gippsland and the south eastern suburbs to join the winter fun.
A carnival pass can be purchased for just $10 per person. These passes provide unlimited entry to all amusement rides including rock climbing, Ferris wheel, cup and saucer rides, giant slide and five jumping castles.

All funds raised from these passes are used to help fund and run this community event.
Passes can be purchased on the night. However, online purchases offer a place in a draw to win a Mt Baw Baw family pass valued at $299.
Ms Muir described Snowfest as "a true community event", run by a volunteer committee with generous assistance from the local business community as well as contributions from clubs, schools and sporting clubs.
It also has attracted grants from the state government, Baw Baw Shire and Destination Gippsland to give surety into the future.
Whilst the Warragul street event is a feature, Snowfest Gippsland is now a month-long program of events spread across Yarragon, Drouin, Walhalla, Noojee, Trafalgar and Drouin.
The winter fun will kick off this weekend, with Snowfest's charity dinner hosted by Hogget Kitchen on Saturday night,
A few tickets still remain to enjoy a four-course menu and entertainment from Pep Salce. Auctions and raffles on the night will help raise funds for a medical ward defibrillator at West Gippsland Hospital.
Other events include a mini Snowfest in Yarragon on August 16, colour run in Drouin on August 17, Christmas in July at Neerim South, "Train of Light" at Walhalla Goldfields Railway and Noojee Heritage Precinct open day. Local restaurants and cafés also will get into the spirit across the month.
Amongst a long list of sponsors are Warragul Crownlea who is naming rights partner, Roseleigh Homes who is bringing back the toboggan run and Warragul Toyota who is sponsoring the fireworks display.
Visit snowfestgippsland.org to find out more, purchase carnival passes or book your seat at the charity dinner.
