Neerim South's Mia McGarrity takes the centre pass ahead of Trafalgar's Imogen Smith in Saturday's A grade game.
Longwarry has surprised Lang Lang with an 11-goal win in A grade on Saturday.
The young Crows, who sit ninth on the ladder, may have landed a major blow to the Tigers' finals aspirations with the upset result.
It was a close game until the final quarter, with the Tigers up by three at quarter time, and the Crows by three at half-time and three-quarter time.
Assisted by the handy inclusion of Warragul defender Ella Rees - who was able to play due to Gippsland League's bye - and with coach Holly Stephens sinking her goals, Longwarry had a 15-7 final quarter for the 52-41 win.
The upset means Trafalgar and Yarragon remain in fourth and fifth respectively despite losses on Saturday.
Trafalgar pushed the undefeated Neerim South all the way in their game, going down 37-42.
They trailed by just a handful of goals at each break and will gain great confidence from the result. However, as good sides do, Neerim South was able to find a way to secure the four points.
Yarragon showed improvement against third placed Ellinbank, but went down 32-50.
Although the Eagles seemingly had control throughout, the Panthers strung together patches of high scoring to not allow the margin out too far. However, the Eagles' 14-7 final quarter, put the result well out of reach.
Second placed Nilma Darnum continue to power along, with a huge 80-32 win over Catani.
A fabulous 21-7 opening quarter from the Darnos saw the result out of reach early for the rebuilding Blues.
Next week's games: Ellinbank v Trafalgar, Poowong v Longwarry, Lang Lang v Catani and Buln Buln v Yarragon. Byes: Nilma Darnum and Neerim South.
