James Denton and Zaria Dalton have torn up the track to qualify for national event.

Two locals have torn up the track at the Victorian All School Track and Field Championships in Melbourne recently.
James Denton and Zaria Dalton, both from Warragul, enjoyed the chance to compete at the event, setting personal bests and both finishing in the top three in their respective events against the best Victoria has to offer.
James, a student at St Paul's Anglican Grammar School, won the silver medal in the men's under 15 400m with a time of 51.82 seconds.
Zaria, a Marist Sion College student, won the bronze medal in the women's under 14 100m final, finishing at 12.95 seconds.
Thanks to their results, the pair have now qualified for the Australian All Schools Track and Field Championships to be held in Perth from December 8 to 10, meaning they will be getting the chance to pull on the big V and represent Victoria against the other states.
