After showcasing their talents in track and field, two local youths are bound for New Zealand.
Zaria Dalton and James Denton, who both live in Warragul, have been selected by Little Athletics Victoria to join a development tour.
As part of the tour, held from January 3 to 10, the duo will compete at the North Island "Colgate Games" in Auckland.
Zaria attends Marist-Sion College and competes for Warragul Little Athletics in the under 14 girls division.
James is a student at St Paul's Anglican Grammar and competes for Moe Little Athletics in the under 15 boys.
Only 36 athletes were selected for the international development tour from across Victoria, all from the under 14s or 15s age groups.
