Police said the 15-year-olds, from Newborough and Moe, allegedly produced a knife and assaulted two teenagers from Shepparton and Mooroopna when they met at the skatepark to sell them cannabis.
Police said the victims allegedly attended the skatepark with a 14-year-old Trafalgar girl, where they met two youths and made a $70 phone transaction for cannabis.
An argument reportedly developed which led to one of the youths holding a knife to one of the victims and demanding his phone before the two male youths were allegedly punched.
Police were called to a house in Waterloo Rd where the assault and thefts of phone was reported.
The Moe and Newborough youths were charged with armed robbery and will appear at Children's Court at a later date.
