In the spirit of tradition and to finish the school year, St Paul's Anglican Grammar School's 2024 prefects recently embodied unity and leadership as they joined in the school's annual charity fun run, the "Prideaux Gallop".
As the future student leaders of the school, the prefects donned creative costumes of characters that started with the first letter of their names, fostering a sense of camaraderie and encouraging active participation from fellow students.
Originating from the school's oval, the enjoyment of students was evident to the community as they traversed through Brooker Park in bright, colourful costumes, even if some outfits proved to make running more challenging.
Recognising both speed and spirit, the fastest students in each year level were acknowledged, along with the students dressed in the best costumes.
Not just a fun run, the annual Prideaux Gallop is a vibrant display of unity and happiness among students. Moreover, it instils a sense of purpose, as funds raised from this event contribute to Team Timor's fundraising for projects in East Timor.
