Minor changes for councillor appointments

Minor changes have been made to councillor roles on internal and external committees as well as Baw Baw Shire advisory groups for the upcoming year.
Positions were finalised at council's recent statutory meeting, with most councillors continuing in their previously allocated roles.
As the new mayor, Cr Kate Wilson will join One Gippsland and Peri-Urban Group of Rural Councils as well as continue as delegate for Municipal Association of Victoria.
Deputy mayor Cr Suzanne Allen will be her proxy for the peri-urban group and Cr Ben Lucas for the MAV.
Continuing in her role with the place names advisory and ceo performance review committees, Cr Wilson will vacate her position on the environmental voice advisory committee.
In other changes, Cr Lucas replaces Cr Brendan Kingwill on the South East Australian Transport Strategy committee, Cr Jess Hamilton replaces Cr Allen to serve alongside Cr Paul Pratt on the shire's early years advisory committee; Cr Jones replaces Cr Kingwill on the place names advisory committee; and, Cr Allen will step onto the internal CEO performance review committee.
After spending the past year as mayor, Cr Danny Goss will hold one role - on the internal CEO performance review committee.
Cr Wilson holds the highest number of positions - five, whilst Cr Kingwill has no roles this year.
Cr Jones has four, including Myli and audit and risk; Cr Allen three plus one proxy position, including arts and culture and municipal emergency management planning; Cr Lucas two plus one proxy, including Baw Baw Latrobe Local Learning Employment Network; Cr Hamilton two, including Road Safe Gippsland Community Road Safety Council; Cr Adam Sheehan two, including Timber Towns Victoria; and, Cr Paul Pratt two, including audit and risk.
