Hamp Lane remains closed
Barriers remain in place at the northern entrance of Hamp Lane in Drouin after Baw Baw Shire Council determined stormwater drainage works were required.

Further stormwater drainage works are required before Hamp Lane in Drouin can re-open to the public.
The northern section of Hamp Lane was closed in early January after sustaining damage during a significant rainfall event.
At the time, Baw Baw Shire Council stated the rainfall caused "excessive water flow outside of the drainage system" and damaged the integrity of the surrounding pavement.
Council said the section, from Sinclair St to the top of the Coles carpark, would be closed for a minimum of eight weeks.
Providing an update last week, community infrastructure director Ben Wood said the timeframe for works was unknown.
"Throughout our investigations, we have uncovered further works required to stormwater drainage, which will be undertaken as part of the repairs," Mr Wood said.
"We acknowledge this process has taken longer than originally anticipated, however, final remedial works will commence soon with a completion date to be confirmed soon."
He added council was determined the works required at Hamp Lane would be completed as soon as possible.
Barriers remain installed at the Sinclair St entrance to Hamp Lane to prevent vehicle and pedestrian access.
Residents are urged to use the southern entrance on Hamp St to access the Coles carpark and adjoining businesses.
