A Queensland man was charged with drink driving and other traffic related offences after allegedly evading police in Warragul on Wednesday, December 20.
Police reported that a vehicle was observed driving erratically in Burton St at about 9.45pm before evading a police intercept.
They allege the vehicle was found in Dunn St and stop sticks were deployed.
Police said the driver, a 22-year-old man from Woodridge in Queensland, was arrested.
They allege he recorded a blood alcohol content of 0.12 and was subsequently charged and processed with drink driving and other traffic related offences.
In a separate incident, a man was arrested in relation to a Drouin car theft.
Police allege the car was stolen from Kingston Heath Drv about 3.30am on Sunday, December 24.
It is believed the keys were left inside the unlocked vehicle.
