Plumbing fittings were removed, 3000 gallons of water released and locks cut on a farming property in Old Sale Rd, Buln Buln recently.
Police said the property was targeted overnight on Friday, March 31 and again between Sunday, April 2 and Tuesday, April 4.
In the first incident, offenders removed the fixtures, released water from tanks and moved equipment around. Gates also were left open, allowing livestock movement.
In the second incident, locks were cut to gain access to an old dairy. The dairy and other sheds were ransacked.
Items were found loaded onto a trolley and pushed into a paddock. Police believe the offender may have been attempting to move the items to a boundary fence.
