Vandalism leaves popular park without change table
The story of a mum being left without a place to change her newborn baby at Civic Park due to lack of facilities has inspired a local woman to take action. Roslyn Hayes said it wasn't good enough that the popular park in Warragul didn't currently offer a suitable baby-changing facility.
