Showing off one of their moustachioed signs are Durrand and Co's Phil Gallagher and Kim Durrand.

Real estate sign boards around town have been looking a little hairier this month as real estate agency Durrand and Co plastered fake moustaches on signs in support of Movember.
The signs featuring the company's real estate agents - the majority of whom are female - are sporting mo-mentous new staches.
Movember is a charity event typically seeing men grow real life moustaches and raising money in support of men's health, namely mental health, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.
Each sign contains a QR code linking to the company's Movember page, allowing people to donate to the cause.
Additionally, Durrand and Co are donating $50 for each new property they list in November.
"We were looking for something we could do to connect with the community," explained chief operating officer Kirsten Taylor.
"It was something I thought of a few years ago that I brought up again when we were trying to think of something fun to do with the boards."
Not everyone got the message however. The company has dealt with more than a few calls from concerned vendors and citizens to let them know their signs had been graffitied.
"We might have to make the QR code bigger next year," Ms Taylor said, indicating Durrand and Co intends to make the campaign a recurring one.
