Car destroyed by fire in Trafalgar

A black VW Golf engulfed in flames was attended by emergency services on Heartsridge Rd, Trafalgar East on Saturday, April 8.
Police believe the vehicle had been parked in a driveway when it was set alight and rolled 10 meters onto the road.
The CFA arrived on the scene around 9.45pm and extinguished the fire but the vehicle had already been engulfed by flames and destroyed.
The vehicle had no registration plates when discovered but was identified as having been stolen from a property in South Yarra after during an aggravated burglary on March 3.
