Bookings open for Cardinia ageing expo

An action, packed, informative and entertaining four-and-half hours - with a free light lunch thrown in - is coming up at Cardinia Shire's 2024 Ageing Well Expo.
Bookings for the free event are now open for people aged 55 and over to attend the session on May 8 from 10am to 2.30pm at the Cardinia Cultural Centre in Pakenham.
Guest speakers and panels will discuss a range of key aspects that improve health and wellbeing and explain local services that support physical and emotional health.
There also will be stalls by local groups and service providers with radio host and comedian Anthony "Lehmo" Lehmann host for the day.
Bookings through the Cardinia Cultural Centre box office will remain open until April 23.
