A service station and takeaway food store were targets of attempted burglaries in Trafalgar on Thursday, April 6.
Police allege three-phase power was unplugged and a front window smashed in an attempt to gain entry to the BP service station on Princes Hwy at 12.50am.
Two offenders were observed on CCTV at BK's Takeaway, also on Princes Hwy, at 2.15am. Police said the two males were wearing balaclavas and gloves. One had on grey track pants and a white jumper, whilst the second wore dark coloured clothing.
They allege the men knocked out a security light and turned the CCTV camera away. Despite removing a fly wire screen, they failed to gain entry.
