Leg injury after Woolworths carpark pothole fall
Customers have been complaining for months about the poor state of the carpark at Woolworths Warragul.

An elderly Warragul woman received leg injuries when she fell in a deep hole at the Woolworths carpark last Monday.
Valma Pratt was returning her trolley to a trolley bay at the eastern section of the carpark near the service station when she fell in the deep hole.
A witch's hat which was covering the hole had blown away in the wind.
After receiving assistance at the scene from other shoppers and the service station attendant she was taken to West Gippsland Hospital and treated for leg injuries.
A Woolworths spokesperson said the organisation was aware of the incident.
"We are aware of an unfortunate incident involving one of our customers in the Warragul Woolworths car park last week and are looking into it as a matter of urgency."
It is understood the hole was repaired on Tuesday.
"We take pride in offering our customers a positive experience in our stores and are disappointed that wasn't the case on this occasion.
"We're in contact with the family of the woman who was injured and will continue to check on her welfare as the matter is investigated," the spokesperson said.
Mrs Pratt said she was concerned that the hole had been left in the car park along with the general condition of the overall carpark.
"As I am nearly 90-years-old this type of injury can be life threatening," she said
Ms Pratt said she was grateful to the two "kind gentleman who lifted me out of the hole and service station attendant who came to her aid and gave her a drink of water and rang her family to report the injury.
"This car park seems to be an ongoing maintenance problem. Hopefully Woolworths will pay more attention to the urgent repairs required to their car park to avoid similar injuries to their customers in the future," she said.
The incident was reported to the Woolworths manager in person last Monday," Mrs Pratt said.
The Woolworths spokesperson said the company was continuing to engage with the woman's son regarding the welfare of his mother and the matter was being investigated further.
The spokesperson said there were multiple landholder titles covering the carpark.
A Baw Baw Shire Council spokesperson said the Woolworths Warragul carpark was private land, consisting of multiple titles with different owners who manage their parking at their own discretion.
Council is responsible for enforcing one section of the carpark consisting of approximately 23 spots on the south eastern section facing onto Bendigo Bank. Council administers the two-hour time zone within these spaces only," she said.
