The Annual Plant Sale will be held on October 25.
Fast becoming a real symbol of spring in the area, the annual Community Garden plant sale will feature tomatoes, vegetables, herbs, flowers, and other enticing offerings for gardeners and growers.
The sale will be held at the garden on Sunday, October 25 from 10am to 3pm. There also will be activities for the children and tea and coffee will be available.
Cash and card sales will be available, but shoppers are asked to take their own bag or box to transport treasures home.
Proceeds from the sale go towards running the community garden.
The garden currently has two rental garden beds available which are great for people who may not have space at home, and want to grow some of their own produce.
Contact the garden team at epcgarden@gmail.com for further information and costs.
Visitors are welcome to drop into the garden at any time. On Tuesdays, a larger group of volunteers are at the garden for a tour and chat about the rental bed area.
