Juniors awarded

The West Gippsland Junior Football Competition held their annual awards night last week.
Locally Warragul Industrials enjoyed two best and fairest winners, while Warragul Blues had one.
The winners are as follows.
Under 12 girls
Winner: Charlie Tonkin (Koo wee rup). Runner-up: Zara Matos (Nar Nar Goon).
Under 12 mixed.
Winner: Max Alexander (Tooradin). Runner-up: Ronny Hamilton (Drouin).
Under 14 girls.
Winner: Claudia Boulter (Warragul Blues). Runner-up: Ava Delosa (Nar Nar Goon).
Under 14 mixed.
Winner: Samuel McDonald (Dusties). Runner-up: Brody Alexander (Tooradin).
Under 16 girls.
Winner: Lucy Bates (Dusties). Runner-up: Khali Trewin (Tooradin).
Other award winners included:
Coach of the year: Drew Campbell (Catani).
Most disciplined club: Koo wee rup.
Life members: Dwayne Lester, Karen Lawlor, Rob Moxon.
Best first year field umpire: Connor Walsh (Gippsland Umpires Association).
