It's not Christmas without Santa and these children were able to get up close to him when he dropped in at a fund-raising day at Ripplebrook Gardens.

The Christmas tables of 45 district families had their own freshly made gingerbread houses as centrepieces on Christmas Day.
And, the West Gippsland Hospital's paediatrics unit will be $2200 better off as a result.
About 80 people turned up at Carla and Gavin Watkins' Ripplebrook Gardens to put their skills to work making their gingerbread treat and decorating it with offerings from the lolly table.
The cost of $45 was well worth it, with the money raised for the hospital through their efforts and the sponsorship of 29 district businesses.
There was also a sausage sizzle and drinks and a visit by Santa who arrived in the Tynong Fire Brigade truck.
