Employment course for farm employment

GippsDairy is offering a three week express course in employment basics beginning today.
People are the key to creating productive and capable dairy workplaces. The program will help farm employers be an employer of choice by attracting and retaining great people in your business.
This three week on-line facilitated course covers three key modules to help you manage compliance for existing employees
This program will be delivered by consultant Di Gresham and regional extension officer Jessica Russell. The sessions will run for about 1.5 to two hours each.
Session 1: February 28, 10.30am - Payroll, leave and the law (part 1)
Session 2: March 7, 10.30am - Payroll, leave and the law (part 2)
Session 3: March 14, 10.30am - Effective Termination Decisions
