Police are looking for four men in relation to allegations of an attempted theft of an electric scooter theft from Warragul Aldi and other offences.
The four men allegedly entered the supermarket in Queen St at 2.30pm Monday, December 5 and attempted to exit the store without paying for an electric scooter in their possession.
Police said a staff member confronted the men, one of whom tossed the scooter back at the staff member and left the store.
Once outside the store, the men left in a silver Toyota Corolla that was reported stolen from Morwell in late November.
Police allege the car also is connected to a petrol drive-off and the theft of three electric scooters from Beaconsfield Aldi.
The first man is described as 175cm tall, thin, Caucasian, with short brown hair, and wearing a black Nike baseball cap. The second man is Caucasian, 185cm, thin, with a brown beard, wearing a black Nike baseball cap, a yellow high-vis shirt and dark tracksuit pants.
The third man is Caucasian, 190cm tall, thin, with a moustache. He was seen wearing a beige baseball cap, yellow t-shirt and blue jeans.
The final man was described as having an olive or dark complexion, 185cm tall, of a solid build, and wearing a beige baseball cap with an orange and blue high-vis shirt and blue ripped jeans.
