Helen Reddy songs and music hit stage on Sunday
1 min read

The story of the Australian woman behind iconic song "I Am Woman" will be told at the West Gippsland Arts Centre on Sunday at 2pm.
"Invincible - The Helen Reddy Story" weaves her greatest hits through the telling of her incredible true story
Hailed as the international "Queen of 70s Pop", Helen Reddy was Australia's very first truly international superstar. In 1973, the iconic song "I Am Woman" became the unforgettable anthem of the women's liberation movement and made her the first Australian to win a Grammy Award.
She had three number one hits of the US Billboard charts and six more in the US top 10, sold more than 25 million albums, played sell-out concerts across the world and even hosted her own US television series.
Then, all of a sudden, she lost it all.
In 2020, the feature film "I Am Woman" told some of Helen's incredible life story. Now, Australian singer and actress Nikki Bennett will bring the whole story to Australian stages.
Stunningly written and performed, this beautiful tribute features a stellar live band.
Nikki Bennett grew up in country New South Wales and gained her big break when cast in the lead role of Nikki Raye in film "Walk the Talk" in 2000.
Tickets are $69.90 for general, $64.90 for concession, $59.90 for members and groups, and $49.90 for youth under 18.
