Yarragon set to host EDFNL grand final
As the scramble for success in season 2022 continues, the EDFNL has released its proposed finals venues. Yarragon is set to host the decider, with newly developed Neerim-Neerim South and Lang Lang to feature. Flying for the mark on Saturday are (from left) Hamish Busk, Thomas Keily, Jedd Serong, Nathaniel Rodda, and Mitchell Young in the senior game between Longwarry and Catani.

FINALS for Ellinbank District football and netball have been provisionally set, with Yarragon set to return to hosting the decider on September 17.
While EDFL operations manager Ken Moore said finals venues were currently provisional, with several requirements left to be ticked off, only six clubs had applied to host finals.
He said everything had been considered with neutral venues in mind, with EDNA also to provide their feedback in relation to proposed finals venues.
With only six clubs putting their hand up to host, it is hard to imagine changes to host venues.
Under provisional arrangements, Neerim-Neerim South will host the qualifying final with the elimination final proposed for Trafalgar.
Lang Lang would host the second semi-final, with Nyora to host the first semi.
Nilma-Darnum is proposed to host the preliminary final, with the decider slated for Yarragon.
