The top two teams battled it out with Warragul Industrials Youth Girls playing host to Traralgon at Western Park on Sunday in perfect Gippsland conditions.
Traralgon got the jump early with a strong four goal first quarter.
Traralgon were evidently the dominant team with their accurate kicks, overhead marks and linked plays.
However, the Dusties girls can hold their heads high as the next three quarters were a good even battle.
In the end although Dusties put up a great fight, Traralgon relished in the perfect conditions and showed the crowd why they are on top of the ladder, winning 14.3 (87) to 2.0 (12).
No doubt the Dusties will be ready for another battle against them in the upcoming finals.
Best on ground for the Dusties were Molly Schuurmans, Luka Butters, Georgia Keeble, Eden Nooy, Kira Wilson and Lilly Leighton.
