Fraser wins bronze for 1500m walk at state championships

Fraser Aubrey won a bronze medal at the Little Athletics Victoria State Track and Field Championships over the weekend.
Fraser was one of 19 athletes from Warragul Little Athletics competing at the state championships held at Lakeside Stadium.
Club president Lisa Aubrey said it was "an amazing couple of days, with all Warragul athletes giving it their all."
The athletes came up against the state's top 16 to 24 athletes in their age events.
"Each and everyone one of you should be extremely proud of your efforts over the weekend. It was fantastic to watch and be apart of," Ms Aubrey said.
She also thanked the parents who supported their children and those who helped out with duties as well as Baw Baw Shire who provided a community grant to support athletes attend regional and state events.

Alexandra Aubrey - 6th in under 14 1500m walk.
Lewis Aubrey - 4th in under 13 1500m walk.

Isaac Barr - 11th in under 11 high jump and 22nd in 80m hurdles.
Olivia Barr - 13th in under 13 100m, 11th in 200m hurdles and 15th in 80m hurdles.
Will Brewer - 6th in under 16 long jump and 11th in discus.
Zaria Dalton - 9th in under 12 100m, 14th in 200m, 14th in 400m and 18th in long jump.
Sylvie Endersby - 18th in under nine 60m hurdles, 15th in high jump and 11th in 800m.
Justin Fernando - 14th in under 14 200m hurdles and 15th in triple jump.
Darcy Knowles - 6th in under 16 1500m, 14th in 400m and 8th in 800m.
Max Lyons - 12th in under 11 javelin.
Alex Morgan - 9th in under 11 80m hurdles and 24th in triple jump.
Steph Morland - 19th in under 14 discus, 19th in shot put.
Sapphire Pratt - 21st in under 11 1500m.
Ruby Reidy - 17th in under 11 1100 walk.
Sasha Reidy - 14th in under nine 70m and 22nd in long jump.
Harry Savage - 17th in under 11 long jump and 21st in javelin.
Lilah Stevens - 18th in under 10 1100 walk.
