Stepping out onto the stage, Ellinbank Primary School students had the chance to shine as they presented concert "The Very Hungry Caterpillar".
The students delighted the local community with their charming rendition of the famous children's picture book at the Ellinbank Hall.
With only two months of preparation, the Ellinbank students sang, danced and spoke on the stage over two nights to capacity audiences. Filled with eager family and friends, this ensured nobody missed out.
The concert was possible with the help of many residents and school supporters who contributed their time and skills to assist with sound, costumes and props. This made for a vivid and memorable experience on stage.
In this adaptation of the famous children's picture book, every student played a unique role, representing one of the many foods consumed by the famous caterpillar.
School principal Catherine Clerks voiced her pride in the students' dedication and hard work, highlighting their impressive accomplishment through overcoming fears of performing on stage.
