Ellinbank students run to cross country glory

Students at Ellinbank Primary School ran their way to glory as they recently took part in their annual cross country event.

After training every day to improve their fitness and stamina in preparation for the run, the keen runners gathered out the front of the school for the big day.
The course included hills, obstacles and mud which were no trouble for the students, who demonstrated great perseverance in completing the course on a cold day.
Training for the event included lots of running and skipping which helped to increase the fitness levels of all students.
