Catani celebrated as the football netball club marked 100 years of community sport on Saturday.
The Blues - previously the Cats - delivered in front of a large crowd of supporters, with both football teams winning against Yarragon as well as five of the six netball teams.
"We were happy with the amount of people who did come because we got people from every era," life member Ange Banbury said.
This included a trio of women from Catani's first netball (then basketball) team in 1948, a best and fairest winning footballer from the 60s and a good contingent of 70s and 80s players.
"There were people I hadn't seen in 20 or 30 years," Ms Banbury said.
An extensive display of memorabilia was on offer in the clubrooms during the day, including videos of various grand finals.
Of note was a jar of ashes collected by Beryl Banbury. They were collected after the clubrooms burnt down in 2001 from where the trophy cabinet stood. A 1951 reserves medal was the only item recovered.
It was the second time the clubrooms had been burnt down, the first being in 1970.
An evening function followed with more than 100 people attending.
"The vibe was just so good," Ms Banbury said. "Players of today were mixing with players from 80s to 90s."
Following short speeches, the Catani theme song and happy birthday were sung by all.
