Drouin Secondary College deputy principal Deb Gentle said the school was "really pleased" with the students' solid performance.
The school dux (who will be formally announced at the school's presentation night tomorrow) scored 97.4.
Ms Gentle said 25 per cent scored an ATAR of more than 70.
"We are seeing a gradual improvement of scores from year to year which is pleasing for the students and satisfying for the teaching team," she said.
