Opportunity awaits for Drouin

Drouin continue their hunt for a win this season when Bairnsdale comes to town.
For Warragul, a tough journey away from home with their numbers running thin will leave them with their backs against the wall.
Drouin vs Bairnsdale
Following a three-week stint against top teams, Drouin has an opportunity awaiting them on Saturday.
The Hawks were simply outmatched by better sides in their last three games.
Still in the early stages of a rebuild, they're a few years away from competing against the likes of Leongatha or Traralgon.
It makes games like these against sides not in the top five all the more interesting.
Drouin pushed Bairnsdale all the way in their round three meeting earlier this year, the final margin ending up at just seven points - one of four games the Hawks have lost by under 10 points.
Hugo Birks kicked seven that day, but will miss the match this weekend, meaning the Hawks are going to have find different avenues to goal.
It's going to be a big loss for the winless Hawks, though in recent weeks they could be accused of being a little too keen to kick it to Birks whenever they go forward.
It's been a common sight to see Birks being double or even triple teamed, such is the shining reputation the teenager has earned in his short time in the league.
Drouin coach Brent Clinnick has Drouin playing an attacking, aggressive style of play, so it will be interesting to see how they go about it without their spearhead.
Gippsland Power captain Seb Amoroso also comes out, as does Noah Glen. Ben Brasier and Dan Clebney return, while talented youngster Brodie Atkins makes his senior debut.
Similar to their opponents, Bairnsdale also have an opportunity here.
The Redlegs have won just one of their last seven matches, yet incredibly remain in touch with the top five.
They're just two points behind Sale in fifth spot, making a game against the bottom team all the more invaluable.
It means that both teams will, one, be desperate for a win here and, two, see this as a legitimate opportunity to get some momentum going into the bye.
Let the games begin.
Leongatha vs Warragul
The bye can't come quickly enough for Warragul right now.
The Gulls are the walking wounded, with a frankly ridiculous number of their first choice players stuck on the sidelines with a variety of injuries.
Ruckman Sam Whibley was the latest casualty, a broken leg last week against Morwell ruling him out for the rest of the year.
It's a big blow - literally - as Whibley was one of the frontrunners for the Gulls' best and fairest.
The injury leaves the Gulls without either of their recognised senior ruckmen following Mitch Smart's season-ending injury before round one.
Just one more game stands in their way before a week off, and unfortunately for them it's not a pretty one.
The Gulls head to Parrot Park on Saturday to face off with the top-of-the-table Leongatha, a team who have lost just one game for the year and thrashed Warragul by 97 points earlier this season.
No problem, right?
Adding to Warragul's woes is the loss of their Gippsland Power crop, as players like Liam Serong and Patrick Ireland exit stage left.
It's put even more strain on the club, and one has to wonder where the breaking point is.
Taking over the ruck work is Nick Stevenson, who has done some time there in the reserves, but there'll be big shoes to fill.
All signs point to this one getting rather ugly.
The Parrots are a well-drilled unit and have had no qualms about crushing lower sides for a percentage boost in the past.
The onus will be on Warragul to make them earn the win.
Other games
It's a blockbuster match-up as Moe plays host to Wonthaggi.
The Lions have announced themselves as contenders this year, going so far as to end Leongatha's historic win streak earlier this year.
The Power are the form team of the competition with seven straight wins - six of them by 79 points or more, including a dominant win over fellow top five team Traralgon.
Moe were the last team to beat Wonthaggi, and no doubt the Power will be keen to atone.
Keep an eye on this one.
The 'Battle of the Birds' opens another chapter when bitter rivals Maffra and Sale meet.
There's no hiding the fact that these two love nothing more than beating one another.
That probably goes double for Sale this week as the dogfight for their spot in the five intensifies.
Maffra are rebuilding and coming off a poor showing last week against Wonthaggi, but it's a whole different ball game when they play the Magpies.
Expect sparks to fly.
Finally, a rare Sunday game sees Morwell play Traralgon for the Hunter-Stanistreet Cup.
The Tigers are just two points out of the top five, while a Traralgon win could propel them into the top three should other results fall their way.
The last meeting between these two was one-way traffic as the Maroons motored their way to a powerful win.
Expect Morwell to keep things a little more interesting this time around.
