A detailed description of a man has been released after an electric scooter was reported stolen near Woolworths in Warragul.

A detailed description of a man has been released after an electric scooter was reported stolen near Woolworths in Warragul.
The owner reported to police that he left the Akez electric scooter in an internal walkway near Woolworths in Victoria St at about 6.30am on Wednesday, October 23.
Able to view the scooter as he worked, the owner provided a description of a man seen loitering and acting suspiciously in the vicinity at about 8.30am.
Just after 9am, police allege the man took the scooter and ran towards the carpark. Despite running after the offender, the owner lost sight of him near the Napier St roundabout. The black electric scooter had two strips on the deck and unique modifications including a carry case on the front handlebars and mirrors.
Police said the man was described as 18 to 20-years-old, 165 to 170cm tall, unshaven and with light blonde or red hair.
He was wearing a black hoodie pulled over his head, blue cargo pants and black shoes with white soles. In addition, he was carrying a Woolworths shopping bag and iPhone with a brown wallet.
