Beyond the Valley festival cancelled this year

New year’s festival “Beyond the Valley” at Lardner Park has been officially cancelled for 2020.

“It will be the first new years in six years that we won’t be dancing with all of you, but we are already planning for a monumental 2021 event,” said the festival team.

“It is with a very heavy heart, that we announce the postponement of  Beyond the Valley 2020.  We have been holding off on making this announcement and have been hoping for a better outcome, however, due to the current restrictions in Victoria we have had to make this very difficult and heartbreaking decision.”

Lardner Park said it was disappointed to confirm the cancellation of the music festival for 2020 but praised organisers for putting public health and safety first.  

They look forward to it returning in 2021 and beyond.

The four-day music festival attracted 20,000 revellers to Lardner Park last year.
