Warragul's Alixzander Tauru turned plenty of heads in his second AFL game on Sunday night as he worked his way into St Kilda's history books.
Tauru racked up a whopping 14 spoils during the Saints' 12-point loss to Fremantle, equalling the highest total in a single game by any St Kilda player.
It's also the equal most by any player in a game this season.
Last year's number 10 draft pick finished the night with nine disposals, five marks and three tackles, but it was his aerial exploits that had plenty of pundits talking - and excited Saints fans too.
Fellow local Jasper Alger, who debuted last week for Richmond, also found his feet in his own second game, booting his first two goals during the Tigers' 68-point loss to Adelaide.
Having played as substitute last week, Alger enjoyed having a full game to show his wares, ending the day with 11 disposals to go with his two majors.
Alger's first goal was one of the stranger ones you'll see as he gathered the ball on the goal-line and was bumped into the post before getting a toe to the footy while being tackled.
St Kilda will host Hawthorn on Saturday night at Marvel Stadium while Richmond travels to play Geelong earlier that same day.
