
Police are investigating if three reports of light bar thefts from vehicles in Warragul and Drouin East in the past fortnight are linked.
The most recent incident occurred in Queen St on Saturday between 6am and 3pm. One light was removed from the front bull bar of a Holden Colorado ute parked at the train station. A second light appeared tampered with.
The incident followed a light bar being reported stolen from the front bull bar of a white Isuzu D-Max ute parked in the Mason St underground carpark on Wednesday night.
The theft, valued at $1400, occurred between 3.30pm on Wednesday and 6.30am on Thursday.
A week earlier, a single row LED lightbar from a front bull bar and a roof rack were reported stolen from a car parked at Lardners Trk at Drouin East.
The theft from a red Toyota Landcruiser occurred between 11am and 1pm on Wednesday, August 13.
