A mobile phone was stolen whilst the owner volunteered at an op shop in Warragul on Friday afternoon.
Police said the phone theft occurred at about 3.30pm at the Red Cross Shop in Victoria St.
The volunteer worker told police they had stored a handbag, containing the Samsung flip phone valued at $1800, in a staff area.
