Metricon is opening the doors to Studio M Traralgon, giving locals the opportunity to explore the latest in home design, products and finishes.
Whether planning a new home, considering a future build or simply looking for inspiration, the Studio M Traralgon Open House will offer visitors practical advice and plenty of ideas to help bring their dream home to life.
Free and open to the public, the event will be held on Saturday, August 29 from 2pm to 4pm, providing a behind-the-scenes look at Metricon's state-of-the-art selection centre.
Studio M is where Metricon customers personalise their new homes, working alongside experienced design consultants to select colours, fittings, fixtures and finishes to suit their lifestyle, personal taste and the style of their home.
Metricon operations manager, Regional Gippsland, Stacey Street said the Open House was an opportunity for the wider community to experience Studio M firsthand.
"Events like this allow us to open our doors and give the local community an inside peek at everything Studio M has to offer," Ms Street said.
"From exploring our extensive range of design options to seeing how the different design elements come together in inspiring room settings, visitors can gain a much clearer understanding of how their choices will look and feel in their future home."
Throughout the afternoon, visitors will be able to tour Studio M and explore hundreds of colours, fittings and finishes for every room of the home.
Metricon design consultants and new home advisors will be available to provide styling tips, practical advice and guidance, while guests can also speak one-on-one with supplier partners including Actron Air, Carpet Call, Dulux, Helix, Stone Ambassador and Reece.
The event will also provide information on how different design choices can influence a home's comfort, functionality, value and overall appearance.
Adding to the afternoon, guests will receive a complimentary Studio M showbag and can enjoy freshly made pancakes and barista-made coffee. There will also be door prizes up for grabs and a special appearance from the much-loved Dulux dog.
Spaces for the Open House are limited and registration is encouraged.
