A $2000 grant from an agricultural and farm supplies group had enabled a major upgrade to the playground at the Buln Buln primary school.
The school was one of 25 to benefit from CRT's primary schools program that recognises the role parents and friends associations play in support of their local schools.
Len Petch, whose YGP grain and hardware business at Warragul is a member of CRT, said he was delighted to contribute towards supporting the growth and development of young people.
He said the grants were highly sought after with some 170 applications received this year.
The successful applicants' programs range from after school activities to gardening equipment, sport and creative arts, indoor and outdoor learning equipment, excursions and learning resources.
