Moving at a pace that might be a bit quick for a person of 100 years old, the St Paul's Anglican Grammar School prep 'centenarians' celebrated 100 days of school at the Drouin campus, which was also 100 days of the campus being open.
With rollers in their hair, pearls draped around their necks, bushy white moustaches and walking sticks in hand, it was evident the preps were excited to celebrate their 100-day milestone.
Even the teachers joined in, transforming into sprightly seniors who could barely be recognised beneath their costumes.
Remembering they were supposed to be 100 for the day, the seniors slowed themselves down and, with the aid of walking sticks, paraded in front of family and friends.
The preps were asked what they would like to be when they turn 100 and proving that age is just a number, the centenarians said they would like to play netball, have a farm and drive a car.
It was a celebration filled with laughter, creativity and connection.
