The West Gippsland Branch of the Australian Stock Horse Society is holding an unofficial show event at Cannibal Creek Equestrian Reserve, Garfield North on Melbourne Cup Day, next Tuesday.
The event is open to all Pony Clubs, horse riding groups, registered and un-registered Australian Stock Horses. Entry forms are available on the West Gippsland ASH Branch website and Facebook page.
Competition offers two show ridden workouts and dressage tests PCAV4.1 and HRCAV3.4.
In another ring, an ASH station horse course will present an opportunity to try something different for a bit of fun. Ribbons will be awarded to fourth place in each section and sashes to fourth place for overall challenge winners.
For the younger riders, a special prize will be awarded for the highest placed youth (under 17yrs) in each challenge.
