Two people were arrested after Neerim South residents reported a suspicious vehicle on Saturday.
Responding to the call, Drouin Police intercepted a 35-year-old woman and 39-year-old man, both from South Melbourne, in a blue Hyundai Tucson which had been reported stolen.
In a search of the vehicle, police allege multiple zip-lock bags were located containing crystal substances believed to be methamphetamine and heroin.
The 35-year-old woman was charged with possession of a drug of dependence and driving whilst disqualified. She was bailed to appear before Latrobe Valley Magistrates' Court on November 25.
The 39-year-old man was released pending summons.
